Offers placement services for children in need of homes. Adoption and Foster Care More information: - Recruits, trains, licenses, and supports families interested in becoming adoptive or foster parents. - Conducts home visits and yearly evaluations. - Provides family conferencing, activities, and Local Foster Parent Association monthly meetings. - Child placement may be court-ordered or through voluntary parent agreement
