Community Center More information: - Youth of the Year celebrates achievements beginning locally with opportunities to progress to state, regional, and national levels - Keystone Club (14 to 18 years) provides leadership development opportunities in academic success, career preparation, and community service - Torch Club (11 to 13 years) develops leadership skills through chartered, small-groups, and service clubs - Youth for Unity promotes equity and inclusion through service-learning, activities, and conversations - School-based programming offered at Howard Community College, Harper's Choice Middle School, and Laurel Woods Elementary School
