Government Offices and Services More information: - Offers grants, loans, and technical support for homeowners. - Issues small business loans for expansion, rehabilitation, and code compliance. - Processes applications for the Maryland Housing Rehabilitation Program. - Manages grants that assist with Habitat for Humanity and Commission on Aging projects. - Rehabilitates houses and sells them to low- and moderate-income homebuyers.
